Production Supervisor (Printing Area) (Manufacturing): Leading and optimizing printing production operations in a factory environment with an accent on equipment performance, process safety, quality, and workforce coordination. Focus on analyzing deviations, improving machine efficiency through Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma practices, and delivering production targets across rotating shifts.
Location: La Rioja, Argentina; the position is based on-site and requires availability to rotate shifts. is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do
- Lead printing-area production employees by assigning roles, shifts, vacations, and overtime.
- Oversee production line performance, equipment quality, efficiency, reliability, and process safety, including PPE compliance and LOTO practices.
- Monitor process KPIs and people performance, investigate deviations, and take corrective action to maintain safety, product quality, and machine efficiency.
- Coordinate production schedules with production planning and collaborate with colleagues and Autonomous Maintenance leaders to achieve production targets.
- Lead World Class Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities while maintaining 5S standards.
- Support people development within the printing area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Proven experience leading and supervising factory workers.
- At least three years of experience in manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including TPM, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, functions, and formulas.

- Experience managing SAP and Power BI.
