Supervisor Production

Location: Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia; willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi

What you will do

• Monitor daily production processes and methods for Fashion Dolls and Die Cast products.
• Drive initiatives that improve product quality, remove non-value-added work, and control production costs.
• Identify process and product problems and recommend engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Engineering on preventive and line maintenance for equipment and tooling.
• Maintain procedures supporting compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Supervise labor distribution, process performance, labor costs, and schedule adherence while supporting production objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in Final Assembly or Die Cast.
• Experience supervising a team of more than 100 operators.
• Willingness to work rotating three-shift schedules from Monday to Saturday.
• Good written and spoken English required.
• Strong leadership, people development, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills.
