Blending Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute daily tea blending plans aligned with production schedules and attainment targets.
• Monitor yields, losses, downtime, changeovers, rework, trials, and blend formulation updates.
• Supervise 12–20 operators and support staff across all shifts in a 24-hour operation.
• Plan staffing, overtime, vacation coverage, training, certifications, shift handovers, and production reporting.
• Manage ingredient and tea inventory, FIFO compliance, material availability, ordering, storage, and inventory counts.
• Drive safety, quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and site leadership.

Requirements

• At least three years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment; food or beverage experience is preferred.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production scheduling, staffing, and operational execution.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or LMS principles and experience managing projects through completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and EWM experience are preferred.
• Ability to work assigned shifts in a manufacturing environment, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
