Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid workplace with up to three remote workdays per week

What you will do
- Manage and process insurance claims from start to finish.
- Assess claim validity against policy conditions and investigate relevant details.
- Communicate with customers by email and phone in multiple languages.
- Calculate settlements and handle payments.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to claims process improvements.
Requirements
- English and at least one additional European language, such as French, Dutch, German, or another European language.
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in translation, law, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, curious, adaptable, and willing to learn.
