What you will do

Manage the daily operation of the manufacturing production line.
Lead a group of operators who report directly to the position.
Ensure departmental KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are achieved.
Plan sufficient manpower to support required productivity levels.
Ensure operators follow Standard Work Elements when operating machines.
Maintain manufacturing tools in sufficient quantity and good working condition, and follow up on aged and held lots.

Requirements

Experience or capability in manufacturing operations and production-line supervision.
Ability to manage operators and coordinate daily production activities.
Understanding of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance indicators.
Ability to ensure compliance with standard work and 5S activities.
Work location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
