Senior Supervisor-Production (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead start-up operations, pilot runs, engineering builds, validation lots, and the transition from new product introduction to volume production.
• Ensure 4M readiness covering people, equipment, methods, and materials before line start.
• Plan manpower using production demand, cycle time, and takt time; maintain loading models and shift schedules.
• Monitor output, line balance, operator performance, yield, downtime, defects, and other process abnormalities.
• Train operators on new processes, equipment handling, product requirements, and critical-to-quality parameters.
• Ensure EHS compliance and identify risks associated with new equipment, temporary setups, materials, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production flow, line balancing, manpower planning, productivity analysis, takt time, and cycle time.
• Experience with manpower modeling, capacity planning, or dynamic staffing in ramp environments.
• Familiarity with SPC, process validation and qualification, and root cause analysis tools including 5 Why and Fishbone.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and cleanroom practices, with strong shopfloor supervision, communication, decision-making, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with WLCSP or advanced packaging tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
