What you will do

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct time studies and work measurements to establish standard operating procedures and cycle times.
• Collect and interpret production data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Optimize production line balancing, plant layout, and general workflow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including OEE, cycle time, downtime, and scrap rates.
• Implement and support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
