Quality Control Technician (f/m/d) - Fixed-Term position for 2 years

What you will do

• Conduct and document tests and measurements for incoming goods, production, test laboratories, and final inspection.
• Perform thermal and magnetic tripping tests for manual motor starters and thermal overload relays.
• Program measurement equipment to improve repeatability and testing efficiency.
• Analyze 3D data using software such as VGSTUDIO MAX.
• Improve test protocols and capability while evaluating quantitative compliance metrics.
• Control non-conforming goods and manage the calibration, repair, and purchasing of measurement equipment.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician.
• Good spoken and written German is required.
• Willingness to work in two shifts, and three shifts if required by business needs.
• Driving license, category B.
• Collaborative, solution-focused, structured working style and ability to work well in a team.

Nice to have

• Basic to good English language skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, preferably Yellow Belt.
