• Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and periodic re-evaluation activities.
• Monitor supplier quality performance using defined KPIs and report deviations.
• Prepare and conduct supplier audits and assessments under guidance.
• Manage supplier-related non-conformances including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Apply and document quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and CAPA.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve operational quality issues.

Требования

• Must be based in or able to work from Dortmund, Germany.
• 3+ years of experience in developing quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, 16949, or ISO 14000.
• Practical experience with structured problem-solving methods and quality tools.
• Willingness to travel as required for supplier audits.
