Senior Customer Quality Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Support customers proactively and reactively on quality assurance and customer satisfaction matters.
• Manage quality responsibilities for key accounts and automotive customers.
• Determine customer requirements and coordinate their resolution internally.
• Drive timely analysis and closure of customer issues and requests.
• Review customer-facing 8D and failure-analysis reports and close the feedback loop with regional customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, quality reviews, benchmarking programs, and corporate continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in the local language and good written and spoken English are required.
• Technical expertise at device, application, or system level, with a technical or engineering degree.
• More than 8 years of experience in a technical electronics role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Structured, organized, flexible, and adaptable approach, with willingness to travel as required.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, influencing skills, and basic statistical knowledge.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor market experience.
• Knowledge of module production issues and applications.
• Product quality and customer or supplier interfacing experience.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, and failure analysis.
• Knowledge of the 8D problem-solving approach or similar methods.
