What you will do

• Plan and execute quality control activities across the launch vehicle assembly, integration, and testing cycle.
• Perform regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure all technical standards are strictly met.
• Evaluate nonconformities and specify corrective and preventive actions to resolve production issues.
• Oversee production and engineering processes, ensuring the proper use of tools, materials, and procedures.
• Manage internal audits and organize regular product inspections.
• Create and review quality and safety documentation and quality control plans.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in highly regulated production environments (Aerospace, Defence, or Automotive).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience specifically in Quality or Testing.
• Experience with statistical quality control and problem-solving methods such as 5 Why, 8D Reports, and Ishikawa Diagrams.
• Knowledge of AS 9100:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, including Internal Auditor certification.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge in CFRP manufacturing and testing.
• Knowledge of APQP and ISO 9145.
• Fluency in German.
