Sr. Solution Design & Data Insights Analyst (Data Analytics)

Location: North America customer and solution-design coverage; willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annual base pay, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Support solution design during the business development phase by collaborating with department specialists, Business Development Managers, and Site Managers.
• Develop, validate, and document analytical models using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel.
• Translate customer requirements and data into business cases, commercial proposals, and solution recommendations.
• Analyze data, conduct research, and prepare reporting for potential and existing customers.
• Present complex technical models, assumptions, and conclusions clearly to nontechnical stakeholders, executives, and investors.
• Maintain business environment intelligence covering customers, competitors, industry trends, and macroeconomic conditions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience or a master’s degree in industrial engineering, data analytics, supply chain analytics, operations research, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong SQL experience and comfort working with large, structured datasets.
• Experience building models, dashboards, or automated analyses with Python, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical models to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in data analytics or solution design using a consultative, relationship-oriented approach.
