Sr. Solution Design & Data Insights Analyst (SQL/Python)

What you will do

• Support solution design during the business development phase for new and existing customer locations.
• Develop, validate, document, and maintain analytical models using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel.
• Translate customer data, requirements, assumptions, and needs into business cases and commercial proposals.
• Analyze data, conduct research, and prepare reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Present complex technical models, recommendations, and proposed solutions in clear, nontechnical language.
• Maintain intelligence on customers, competitors, the industry, and macroeconomic conditions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience or a master’s degree in industrial engineering, data analytics, supply chain analytics, operations research, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong SQL experience and confidence working with large, structured datasets.
• Experience building models, dashboards, or automated analyses with Python, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical models to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in data analytics or solution design with a consultative and relationship-oriented approach.
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
