Data Analyst (Power BI)

Location: 100% remote from the United States; work environment is at home. Candidates must be authorized to work for any US employer without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with organizational leaders, including the C-suite, to deliver reporting tools, analyses, and data-backed recommendations.
• Analyze operational initiatives, KPIs, acquisition-funnel data, trends, and business performance across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Conduct root-cause analyses, predictive analyses, forecasting, segmentation, regression, attribution, and ROI evaluation.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional dashboards, reports, calculation models, data dictionaries, metric definitions, and event mappings.
• Support A/B and experimental test design, analyze test results, and communicate actionable findings.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Reporting teams on data architecture, pipeline automation, dynamic reporting, and metric alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of professional analytical experience in data analysis, business analytics, statistical analysis, or forecasting.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, and/or R, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, forecasting, ROI, and attribution.
• US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data environments, Git repositories, Salesforce data, and GA4.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and automated reporting or data pipelines.
