Lead Business Solutions Developer (SQL/Power BI)

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead the implementation process and define business needs through requirements gathering and project team coordination.
• Research stakeholder challenges and design effective solutions using SQL, Power BI, DAX, Snowflake, and related tools.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout solution development and implementation.
• Collaborate with peers on solution strategy, scalable product design, code reviews, and pull requests.
• Write software and application code using SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake while following programming best practices.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, guidance, and mentorship to colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, DAX, OLAP databases, and relational databases.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Technical training programs such as LaunchCode or FDM may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
