What you will do

• Oversee the development of proposals and ensure projects meet quality standards, delivering on time and within budget.
• Build and enhance complex reports, online tools, and data processes, communicating insights effectively to clients.
• Utilize SAS, Python, and VBA to facilitate data processing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Grow external client engagements, own key aspects of client relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify areas for firm growth, creating action plans that include new offerings and improvements to best practices.
• Motivate and guide diverse teams while fostering an innovative, inclusive, collaborative work environment, supporting team's professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Strong coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) are strongly preferred.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management and people management skills, with experience as a team leader or manager.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry.
