Director, Demand Planning & Transformation

Location: Singapore; candidate must be based in Singapore. Ability to overlap with U.S. working hours is required approximately 25% of the time, with travel particularly within Asia.

What you will do

• Lead the Asia Demand Planning team and define demand planning strategy and multi-year operating plans.
• Direct integrated planning capabilities, governance, standards, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.
• Govern S&OP and S&OE processes, including planning calendars, decision forums, escalations, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, senior leadership, and manufacturing plants to align demand, supply, financial, and commercial plans.
• Lead demand planning transformation and continuous improvement to increase demand signal accuracy, process transparency, service levels, and business resilience.
• Own critical escalations, strategic initiatives, and key planning decisions across Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive managerial experience.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, prioritization, and performance management.
• Experience establishing and governing Demand Planning and S&OP processes, KPIs, escalation procedures, and decision-making forums.
• Strong cross-functional influencing and collaboration skills across commercial, financial, supply chain, and operational functions.
• Must be based in Singapore and able to overlap with U.S. working hours approximately 25% of the time.
