What you will do
- Lead improvement projects for Satair repair operations in collaboration with global and local process specialists.
- Model, document, analyze, and improve current-state and future-state business processes in Symbio.
- Establish KPIs, data products, process governance, and performance reporting for repair functions.
- Lead Value Stream Analysis and problem-solving groups to improve transparency, efficiency, and process adherence.
- Manage enhancements, feature requests, and IT change requests across SAP, Freshdesk, Skywise, and other applications.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Product Management, Repair Shop, Finance, Quality, project leaders, and line managers to support transformation and change initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Repair Operations.
- Experience with supply chain or repair operations and digital toolsets.
- Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and change execution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage conflict, and collaborate in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Intercultural understanding and the ability to see the bigger picture.

- Experience with SAP.
