Logistics Specialist

Location: Singapore – Woodlands – NorthTech; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Process orders accurately and on time while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understand customer logistics requirements and arrange domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with service providers to secure freight space and with the Warehouse team to prepare orders for collection.
• Prepare complete shipping documentation for international shipments and domestic deliveries.
• Monitor shipments for timely uplift and delivery.
• Resolve shipment issues with stakeholders through final customer delivery and support additional warehouse and logistics requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience with order processing, international shipments, domestic deliveries, and shipping documentation.
• Solid understanding of logistics and a diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to comply with company policies, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and under stress.
