What you will do

• Conduct thorough data discovery to identify key sources and map the current data landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical data and analytics specifications.
• Establish and implement data quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data solutions.
• Orchestrate the Data Governance framework across supply chain functions to ensure continuous data quality improvements.
• Identify root causes of data-related issues and develop long-term strategies for resolution.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and integration of data solutions and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data management, analytics, or governance, ideally within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles and data governance frameworks.
• Proficiency with BI solutions (e.g., Tableau, Sisense, Power BI) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Experience across the entire data project lifecycle, from strategy and scoping to testing and deployment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage stakeholders.
