Supplier Management Lead, Innovative Medicine

What you will do

• Lead the regional Supplier Relationship Management program across logistics suppliers.
• Drive strategic supplier programs, performance improvement, governance, benchmarking, and issue resolution for 3PL and 4PL partners.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations on logistics tenders, warehouse requirements, solution design, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
• Lead continuous improvement using digital solutions, operational benchmarks, Lean practices, and data-driven insights.
• Strengthen compliance, EHS, safety culture, and supplier monitoring across the 3PL network.
• Manage warehouse transition playbooks, start-up governance, and implementation across markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Operations Research, Management Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, project management, supplier management, or a related function.
• Demonstrated supplier management experience with negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with warehouse tendering, solution and facility design, partner negotiation, transition planning, and issue management.
• Strong understanding of supplier contracts, cost models, commercial terms, legal clauses, and contractual risk mitigation.
• Experience leading complex multi-market projects using project management methodologies such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or FPX.

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with demand forecasting, distribution resource planning, order management, and Sales and Operations Planning.
