Manufacturing Operator (Membrane Manufacturing)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; on-site, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and shut down production equipment while following safety and efficiency standards.
• Run and analyze process and test data to maintain product quality, yield, and production efficiency.
• Use HMIs, SCADA, and statistical process controls to identify and correct process shifts.
• Prepare raw materials, complete membrane batches, and support on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical errors, safety issues, and operating inefficiencies.
• Support continuous improvement, new product design, process development, and equipment and process validations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes, procedures, specifications, work orders, and SOPs.
• Attention to detail, basic math, computer data entry, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand or power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb a ladder up to 15 feet, and walk and stand throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing a bunny suit, safety glasses, and nitrile gloves; immigration-related sponsorship is not available.
