Manufacturing Technician II (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, sanitize, and make minor adjustments to filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing, in-process monitoring, visual inspections, line clearances, and OEE data collection.
• Complete SCADA, HMI, batch record, GMP, inventory, and logbook entries, including limited SAP activities.
• Maintain cleanroom and controlled-area conditions through cleaning, housekeeping, aseptic gowning, and compliant work practices.
• Support preventive maintenance, validation and engineering protocols, media fills, and line interventions.
• Participate in 5S, problem-solving, process improvement, and daily tier meetings.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Accurate documentation, data entry, batch record, and logbook completion skills.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow procedures and escalate issues.
• Ability to work in controlled and classified cleanroom areas, complete aseptic gowning qualification, and use required PPE.
• Work authorization sponsorship or visa support is not available.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP principles, lean manufacturing, Microsoft applications, SAP, or Veeva Vault.
