What you will do

  • Partner with local leadership to understand business priorities and deliver HR solutions that improve organizational agility and performance.
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, performance management, high-potential identification, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage collaboration between UK departments and cross-border teams on HR projects.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives and support an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, HR policies, and UK employment law while adapting global processes to the UK market.
  • Use HR analytics to identify trends and improve HR operations and talent workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
  • Experience in at least one specialized HR area, such as talent management, organizational design, or compensation.
  • Ability to manage complex interpersonal dynamics and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation, regulations, and local HR practices.
