Sr HR Business Partner

Location: Onsite at the Irvine, California headquarters, United States

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually, plus eligibility for up to a 15% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Advise executive and senior leaders on people strategies aligned with business priorities and long-term growth.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, restructuring, capability planning, and operating model initiatives.
• Drive strategic talent planning, succession management, leadership pipeline development, performance management, and talent assessments.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, organizational dynamics, team performance, and complex people challenges.
• Lead organizational effectiveness, transformation, integration, and change adoption initiatives.
• Use workforce analytics and business insights to inform executive decisions, manage organizational risks, and improve HR effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant strategic HR Business Partner experience supporting executives and senior leadership.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent and succession management, leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience leading complex organizational change, transformation, restructuring, or large-scale workforce initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capability, executive presence, judgment, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Effective written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, or corporate functions.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, technology, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with complex, matrixed, global, or geographically dispersed organizations.
• Experience with HRIS and people analytics tools such as Workday.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification; an advanced degree.
