HR Business Partner (Web3)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary people partner for assigned executives and organizational groups, owning people decisions with autonomy.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, headcount planning, structure, span of control, role clarity, and leveling.
• Own end-to-end performance management, including cycle facilitation, calibration, documentation, and formal performance plans.
• Coach managers on onboarding, escalations, development, and early intervention in underperformance cases.
• Lead employee relations intake, investigations, resolutions, succession planning, and high-potential talent identification.
• Support reorganizations and leadership transitions, and translate feedback cycles, engagement checks, and stay interviews into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a technology company.
• End-to-end ownership of an HRBP client group.
• Experience coaching managers through performance management, documentation, and formal plans.
• Experience advising senior or executive leaders on organizational decisions.
• Experience running performance calibration and maintaining consistent talent standards.
• Strong diagnostic judgment and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
• Experience in a high-growth startup where processes were still being established.
