Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Primary Care)

Location: PA-Columbia, United States; onsite role

Salary: $26.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support a concierge physician with clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview patients, collect medical information, document assessments in the electronic medical record, and report findings to the physician.
• Perform venipuncture, basic laboratory tests, injections, EKGs, and other office-based procedures.
• Operate diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, assist with medical procedures, and maintain clean, stocked examination rooms.
• Coordinate patient flow, specialist visits, referrals, calls, messages, medical record requests, and record abstraction.
• Provide a positive, supportive experience for each patient.

Requirements

• High school diploma and graduation from a formal practical nursing training program.
• Current BLS certification and a nursing license to practice in the state of application.
• Ability to administer injections, complete EKGs, perform office-based procedures, and provide exceptional phlebotomy.
• Two or more years of LPN experience is preferred, ideally in primary care.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbia, Pennsylvania.
