What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and ensure strict medication accountability.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Collect urine specimens and maintain accurate patient dosing records.
• Manage medication shipments and inventory in accordance with DEA procedures.
• Train new nursing staff and implement quality health standards.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate center improvements.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/RN in the state of Virginia.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computing knowledge and accurate data entry skills.
• Knowledge of medical equipment including dosing tools, centrifuges, and breathalyzers.
