EU Logistic Finance Business Partner

What you will do

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor variances, and recommend resource allocation adjustments.
• Build business KPI systems and operational reports to identify abnormal data, root causes, and cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Provide financial insights for project modeling and solution design while coordinating cross-functional resources to resolve process bottlenecks.
• Identify operational risks such as revenue inflation and false delivery, develop control plans, and monitor compliance.
• Monitor cash flow and accounts receivable/payable to reduce bad debt and financial risk.
• Design data models, BI dashboards, automation tools, and standardized financial processes; lead industry research and financial training.

Requirements

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and financial reporting.
• Ability to identify business risks, analyze root causes, and develop control and improvement strategies.
• Experience supporting business decisions through project modeling, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of cash flow and accounts receivable/payable management.
• Ability to design data models, BI dashboards, or financial automation tools.
