Finance Business Partner – Global Customer Services (GCS), APJMEA

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Global Customer Services across the APJMEA region.
• Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for commercial and operational decisions.
• Own accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain internal controls, risk management, and compliance with financial regulations across regional markets.
• Partner with service delivery, sales, and operations teams to improve project margin, utilisation, and efficiency.
• Present recommendations to senior management, improve finance processes and data quality, and coach a finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of finance management experience, ideally in a multinational organisation.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Working knowledge of project accounting, including revenue recognition, WIP, and project margin.
• Experience with risk management, internal controls, project management, advanced Excel, and enterprise finance systems.
• People leadership, stakeholder communication, ownership, and the ability to work across multiple time zones in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in a multinational technology or software company.
• Exposure to a customer services or professional services P&L.
• Experience applying AI or automation to finance workflows.
