Finance Business Partner

Location: Westgate, Auckland, New Zealand; candidates must have the right to work in New Zealand through a current work visa or citizenship/passport.

What you will do

• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts and results for the ANZ business and wider global communities.
• Prepare month-end results and reporting for business stakeholders.
• Own ANZ forecasts, annual plans, and long-range plans.
• Analyze market share, volume, pricing, and other key commercial areas.
• Drive simplification, automation, and enhancement of financial processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Right to work in New Zealand through a current work visa or citizenship/passport.
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial accounting role within FMCG or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, challenge constructively, disseminate reports, and present confidently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
