Senior Sales Solutions Consultant, Investment Accounting

What you will do

• Support sales strategies and position hirify.global solutions against competing products.
• Discover prospect requirements, assess product fit, identify solution gaps, and advise customers and internal stakeholders on solution architecture.
• Present solutions and deliver business-focused system demonstrations for users and C-level audiences.
• Prepare RFI/RFP responses, address customer queries, and deliver proofs of concept.
• Design end-to-end solutions, including hardware/software architecture, integrations, and required customization.
• Develop go-to-market ideas, provide industry thought leadership, and coordinate with product, development, professional services, and regional pre-sales teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, pre-sales, or investment fund accounting for public markets.
• Strong experience with buyside organizations and asset servicers in public markets.
• Product knowledge of fund accounting and the NAV lifecycle.
• Client-focused experience supporting sales teams and partnering with senior management.
• Familiarity with competitors and their products and services.
