What you will do

• Support Sales teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, from early customer discussions to proposition shaping.
• Deliver customer-focused demonstrations of the Syn~ platform and explain hirify.global’s capital markets proposition.
• Lead and participate in customer meetings, workshops, and proposition walk-throughs with senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Develop presentations, demonstrations, and supporting materials for hirify.global Capital Markets and Syn~.
• Translate complex post-trade and platform concepts into clear customer narratives and coordinate with Product, Solution Consulting, and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and help develop an AI-enabled knowledge base and response tooling.

Requirements

• Strong presentation, storytelling, and written communication skills.
• Proven experience engaging customers in pre-sales, proposition, or consulting contexts.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, technical, and subject-matter expert teams.
• Experience in capital markets, post-trade processing, clearing, settlement, custody, financial services, or fintech is advantageous.
• Familiarity with capital markets platforms such as Syn~ or comparable systems, and experience with structured RFI/RFP responses, is advantageous.
