Consultant Lead - IBS Loans

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the primary client advisor and manage executive-level communications, expectations, and decision-making.
• Evaluate banking processes, systems, and risks to design scalable technology and process solutions.
• Apply banking, regulatory, and platform expertise to improve operational performance and risk management.
• Coordinate delivery, product, sales, and internal consulting teams while managing multiple engagements.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to reusable methodologies and continuous delivery improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting integrated banking systems, including loans and customer information.
• Strong knowledge of financial institution operations, banking products, processes, and risk frameworks.
• Experience leading complex consulting engagements from planning through delivery.
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience translating business objectives into technology and process solutions and managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills-based experience.

Nice to have

• 10 years of experience with IBS, including IBS Loan Bank Control and Processing and CIS Bank Control and Processing.
• Experience with large-scale transformations, system conversions, or hirify.global IBS process optimization.
• Knowledge of financial services regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience with sales support, proposal development, solution scoping, data analysis, integration, and testing.
• Experience with General Ledger integrations, preferably in PeopleSoft and IBS environments, including reconciliation and balancing.
