Senior Consultant, NetSuite Optimization (Oracle NetSuite)

Location: Remote work is available for this position

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Architect Oracle NetSuite solutions aligned with client business objectives and lead projects through successful delivery.
• Lead client discovery, design sessions, business-process assessments, roadmap development, and requirements analysis.
• Analyze data, conduct client interviews, prepare deliverables and reports, and act as a lead subject matter expert.
• Manage client relationships, project communications, work plans, risks, timelines, scope changes, and solution alternatives.
• Train, mentor, and coach Consultant I and Consultant II staff while delegating work to support development.
• Support business development, cross-selling, research, and the development of innovative consulting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm and preferably 5+ years of Oracle NetSuite experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work under pressure, and meet budget and time deadlines.
• Experience supporting client management, sales, marketing, cross-selling, and industry-focused consulting initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite manufacturing and distribution processes, including sales and operations, demand planning, procurement, inventory management, WMS, and item and record management.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or nonprofit industries; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Additional advanced professional certifications.
