What you will do
- Build technical and business expertise in xMatters products, use cases, and incident management workflows.
- Lead requirements gathering, business-value mapping, customer workshops, and consulting engagements.
- Deliver post-sale consulting across client management, implementation, knowledge transfer, and adoption.
- Configure integrations and data synchronization between xMatters and third-party applications.
- Manage customer expectations, project scope, timelines, and consulting effort estimates.
- Recommend practical solutions, identify product improvement opportunities, and help customers realize early value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in professional services, software consulting, or implementation.
- At least 3 years of experience managing projects or client relationships.
- Experience developing and deploying technical solutions and translating customer requirements into technical designs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical problem-solving, project-planning, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of incident management, especially major incident management.
- Ability to work independently with integrity, accountability, sound judgment, and effective stakeholder communication.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with event management, observability, collaboration-tool integrations, and related processes.
