Associate Lead - Platform Services - Zaidyn Medical

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

What you will do

• Identify and shape ZAIDYN Medical opportunities with client service teams across new and existing clients.
• Lead product demonstrations, capability discussions, discovery sessions, client working sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Develop proposals and RFP responses, including solution definitions, scopes, pricing inputs, and statements of work.
• Create and maintain go-to-market materials such as capability presentations, case studies, newsletters, proposals, and enablement content.
• Support selected client engagements from requirements and solution configuration through rollout and ongoing delivery.
• Coordinate with product and global delivery teams, incorporating client feedback into product priorities and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, life sciences, analytics, technology, product, or a related environment.
• Experience with client discussions, proposals, solution development, or commercial activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand data sources, analytical approaches, and technology capabilities and translate them into business value.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to medical affairs, including field medical teams, MSLs, KOL engagement, medical insights, congress planning, or scientific communications.
• Familiarity with HCP data, KOL intelligence, medical affairs analytics, or healthcare technology platforms.
• Advanced degree.
