Family Physician - Lakeland, FL

Location: Lakeland, Florida, United States

Salary: $230,000–$250,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned hirify.global Centers.
• Deliver full-spectrum care for adults and children, including preventive care, wellness, and acute and chronic disease management.
• Manage a patient panel of approximately 800–1000 patients in an employer-sponsored direct primary care model.
• Improve patient engagement, health outcomes, and service quality through proactive care.
• Collaborate with at least two Advanced Practice Providers and other clinical professionals.
• Use electronic medical records and population management tools to support clinical care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency.
• Professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine combined with Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify.
• Active state medical license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date; DEA certification is preferred.
• A dispensing license may be required under state regulations.

Nice to have

• At least four years of leadership experience.
• Experience in occupational health and workers’ compensation.
• Alignment with a preventive, patient-centered care model and strong service orientation.
