Hybrid Primary Care Physician- Tampa, FL

Location: Tampa Launchpad, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with virtual and in-office hub visits

Salary: $183,750–$245,000 annual

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive intake, follow-up, urgent, and walk-in visits for members through face-to-face and virtual modalities.
• Manage chronic diseases, acute concerns, behavioral health conditions, preventive care, and sexual and reproductive health needs.
• Prescribe first- and second-line medications for depression, anxiety, alcohol use disorders, and opioid use disorders, and continue psychiatric medications for members with stable serious mental illness.
• Participate in case conferences, develop care plans, guide high-impact interventions, and manage complex member panels.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams, specialists, community resources, and members.
• Support clinical leadership by coaching team members, reviewing charts, consulting on complex cases, and overseeing Advanced Practice Clinicians as collaborating physician.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct clinical care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Graduate of an accredited medical college in the United States or Canada, or an unaccredited medical college outside the United States or Canada.
• Complete medical clearance requirements, including evidence of immunity to MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella, plus a TB screen, unless an approved medical or religious accommodation applies.
• Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of each encounter and maintain accurate HCC, ICD-10, and CPT coding.
