Physician - Virtual Urgent Care (Medtech)

Location: Remote (Must reside in one of the following US states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, or VA)

Salary: $227,226 - $298,233 per year

What you will do

• Provide high-quality virtual care using audio, video, and written communication.
• Collaborate with Care Team Physicians and Advanced Practice Leads for complex patient cases.
• Conduct virtual exams using remote home monitoring equipment and point-of-care diagnostics.
• Manage follow-ups on labs and imaging while maintaining closed-loop communication.
• Participate in huddles, case conferencing, and service line All Hands meetings.
• Contribute feedback to optimize operational workflows and product features.

Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited program and Board Certification in ER, FM, or IM.
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient urgent care or emergency departments.
• 2+ years of experience in virtual care or telemedicine.
• Licensed in Tennessee and Florida with an Active IMLC.
• Must hold or be eligible for a compact license from IMLCC.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Willingness to obtain additional licensure in Oscar Medical Group states.
