What you will do

• Translate regional business objectives into team-level KPIs and operational work plans.
• Track execution, analyze operational data, improve processes, and ensure target achievement.
• Plan warehouse layouts, design product flow routes, and optimize warehousing procedures and standards.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, security, and daily operations.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources, manage major emergencies, and maintain orderly warehouse operations.
• Monitor operating costs, organize inventory counts and training, and improve execution and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience leading driver or logistics operations teams.
• Ability to manage KPIs, work plans, operational data, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and operational procedures.
• Ability to coordinate teams and resources in a fast-paced environment.
