Logistics Supervisor (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Supervise the logistics team and coordinate warehouse and transportation activities.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and delivery schedules to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records with warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to resolve logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare logistics documentation and reports, and support continuous improvement of warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred; a bachelor's degree in any field is also accepted.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
