What you will do
- Lead and develop warehouse associates and operations leads to achieve daily goals.
- Execute inventory accuracy processes, investigate discrepancies and variances, and maintain inventory shrink.
- Use warehouse management, order management, workload planning, and material handling systems to fulfill scheduled orders.
- Address operational and personnel issues in collaboration with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and operations leaders.
- Implement process improvements and workload-efficiency mechanisms.
- Maintain quality standards across multiple warehouse functions.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience with WMS or inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
- Previous leadership experience and a bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic clerical, data-entry, mathematical, and detail-oriented accuracy skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure and deadlines, transport up to 20 lbs., and use material handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Ability to work onsite in a distribution center environment, including occasional evenings, weekends, overtime, varying heights and temperatures, and moderate consistent noise.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process-improvement initiatives.
