Distribution Center Team Lead

What you will do

• Guide daily receiving, storage, sorting, and shipping operations.
• Oversee workflows while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Coach, support, and develop distribution center team members throughout each shift.
• Adjust priorities in real time and resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional distribution center partners to maintain consistent product flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Minimum six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of distribution functions and production standards preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Excel, and warehouse systems proficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across operations teams.
