Salary: $108,000–$144,000 per year for a 36-hour workweek

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Deliver preventive care, routine wellness services, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Work autonomously while using clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active professional license and current ANCC or AANP certification for Nurse Practitioners, or current NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants.
• Independent practice authority is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Federal DEA registration is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Work onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida, on a 36-hour weekly schedule.
