What you will do

• Build and grow client portfolios through relationship management, investment advice, and exceptional client service.
• Deploy assets into suitable financial products based on client risk and reward tolerances and demographic profiles.
• Develop investment plans and written proposals for prospects and clients.
• Identify, attract, and convert prospects through marketing and business development activities.
• Proactively service clients, address investment-related questions, and participate in client and prospect seminars.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the brokerage industry.
• Current accreditation and good standing as a Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, networking, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
