Banking Centre Leader - Sherbrooke

Location: On-site full-time in Sherbrooke, Quebec, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Employment type: Full time; regular employment, 37.5 hours per week. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of financial services professionals, including Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives.
• Develop client relationships, address financial needs, and deliver a high standard of service.
• Monitor banking centre performance and implement action plans to close business gaps.
• Build teamwork, identify market opportunities, and support sustainable revenue growth.
• Hire, coach, develop, and inspire employees while supporting recruitment within the community.
• Manage and minimize risks to protect the bank, clients, and shareholders.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals.
• Experience coaching employees and driving successful team performance.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong client service, financial advising, business development, people management, and performance monitoring skills.
• Willingness to work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and to travel between nearby banking centres.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner designation.
