Business Banking Analyst – Virtual

Location: Ontario, Canada; remote work with occasional on-site attendance required. Must be able to attend the primary work location within two hours’ notice. Flexible rotating hours are required to support Monday–Saturday service coverage, including EST business hours.

What you will do

• Support business banking clients and internal partners with account maintenance, signing authority changes, cash management products, and service inquiries.
• Interact with clients through phone, email, and video conferencing while accurately recording servicing activities.
• Validate Digital Business Onboarding applications and client financial information across business and personal banking segments.
• Resolve or escalate client issues, support calling campaigns and AML remediation activities, and identify sales opportunities for internal partners.
• Promote digital banking options, including ATM, mobile, and SmartBanking for Business services.

Requirements

• Well-developed knowledge of business products and services, including lending, cash management solutions, GICs, and banking centre services.
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional, fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in financial services, client service, or a contact centre.
• Strong client service, communication, active listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently from a secure home workspace with a closed door and a wired internet connection providing at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to attend the specified Ontario work location when required.
