Location: Remote, limited to candidates in the New York Metro area: New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut
Salary: $100,000β$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.

What you will do
- Independently manage a complex book of business for one large client with advanced performance guarantees.
- Build strategic client and broker relationships, advise on healthcare solutions, and resolve escalated issues.
- Analyze, interpret, and report population health, clinic operations, clinical, savings, risk, and performance-guarantee data.
- Plan and launch new health center implementations with Sales, Operations, Clinical leadership, and implementation teams.
- Lead competitive renewal bids, manage contractual requirements, negotiate renewal terms, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Coordinate client engagement plans, eligibility files, invoicing, incentive documentation, Salesforce reporting, and client communications.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
- 7β10 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage or consulting, or direct HR and benefits.
- Experience with client relationship management, account portfolio planning, prioritization, and project management.
- Strong oral and written communication, presentation, relationship-building, follow-up, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau, and CRM products; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely from the New York Metro area.
