Operations Associate (Manufacturing)

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; onsite production role with 12-hour compressed shifts

What you will do

• Set up production machinery by positioning parts, loading materials, and entering specifications according to engineering parameters.
• Prepare raw materials and complete material verifications for successful production batches.
• Monitor manufacturing process stages while equipment is running and assess product quality.
• Identify nonconformities and work with internal resources to resolve production problems.
• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Complete productivity reports and provide input on process procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications and ability to read specifications and work instructions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on your feet and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to follow department policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental health and safety procedures.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance guidelines and safety practices.
