What you will do

• Operate and monitor automated assembly systems, including robotics and vision systems.
• Load and unload components while following standardized work instructions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for machine alarms and escalate complex issues.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards for torque, fit, and alignment.
• Record production data and track components using MES and ERP systems.
• Maintain 5S standards and perform routine preventive maintenance on work cells.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read work instructions, visual diagrams, and digital work orders.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and MES/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step procedures.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive precision tasks.
• Willingness to work night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in automated or semi-automated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with robotics-assisted or software-controlled production lines.
• Technical training or certifications in mechatronics, electronics, or manufacturing.
